Many hiking opportunities in Årdal

Årdal is a good starting point for both ski tours and snowshoe tours, and the possibilities are many. The video above shows a snowshoe tour to one of the most beautiful viewpoints we have in Sogn: Brendefjell/ Paradisjuvet The tour starts at Seimsåsen ski and activity center in Indre Ofredal . Elevation: 160. Duration: about 4 hours round trip. At the top there is a charming barbecue hut where you can go to take a break and eat lunch. The hike goes through idyllic pine forests in a hilly landscape - and there are snowmobile tracks almost all the way to the top. This hike is therefore within reach for most people.
