Hotel Klingenberg
"Big Jens", Jens Klingenberg Prestegård, a capable skier and mountain guide, opened the Klingenberg ski station in 1861.
The guests were mostly mountain climbers and hikers who wanted to explore Utladalen and Jotunheimen . Today this is Klingenberg Hotel . The hotel is proud of its roots, and continues the love of nature in the interior. With fjord and mountains right outside the window, the house lives with nature's variations. The building follows the lines of nature, and the facade to the west is an elongated wave that welcomes the Sognefjord to land.
