Tindevegen is a summer-open mountain road that runs along the mountain range in Jotunheimen between Årdal and Turtagrø It rises to over 1,300 meters above sea level and is 32 kilometers long. Tindevegen is also called "The Roof of Norway" and "The Shortcut Through" Jotunheimen ". Tindevegen is the shortest ferry-free alternative between Bergen and Trondheim - and an attraction in itself.
